Replacement OE quality climate control buttons

I was browsing the internet looking at car parts as we do lol. and came across these Replacement OE quality climate control buttons , as virtually every 997.1 and 987.1 I have seen has these worn to some degree I thought it worth posting up .

pretty sure they were URO. Had them in like 2 days so didnt mind spending a little more than from the states.

Nice Richard and was looking at their page they do the gen1 to gen2 key upgrade as well for £35 :thumb: :thumb:

If yo send your unit to them, they will do all the fiddly work for you. Turnaround about a week.

Don't do it in the middle of winter, as I did. The box also controls the aircon and, by extension, the ability to demist the car in the winter.:nooo:

anyone got any updated recommendations for these.

after a quick search online prices vary from about £15 up to £65 for the Design 911 OE match ones.

I suspect the design OE match ones are similar generic chinese produced ones they are retailing with mark up. I bought these ones:

Only Fit For Porsche 987.1 Cayman / Boxster pre-facelift models.

Perfectly happy with them, they don't have vinyl soft touch paint like the originals so won't disintegrate on human contact. The ones from climaterepair also get really good feedback.
