I have no doubt this subject has raised it's head in the past threads, but being new to Porsche ownership, it was a little bit of a shock, no, a big shock to find a fair bit of water in the form of a ''milky'' residue in the oil filler neck. Now, I could have thought the worst and questioned whether it had a head gasket issue, but instead I cleaned out the filler neck and have religiously removed the cap and let the engine cool down, after a run.
What I have noticed is over the month, there seems to be less steam coming out and there is no signs of a "milky" substance in the neck.
My question is what do other owners find ? ,and is it a common fault ?
