Has any body dealt with this company before
https://www.prestigeandperformancemotors.co.uk
They have a cheap 997 for sale which caught my eye has it had had a lot of money spent on an engine rebuild at Hofmanns using Hartech Nikasil liners , IMS bearing etc.
https://www.prestigeandperformancemotors.co.uk/.../porsch...
However when I studied the advert it claimed the car came with Ceramic Brakes, Sports Chrono, 2 different styles of wheel, and lots of other extras which clearly were not visible in the pictures.
I quizzed the seller and he came back saying the car did not have these extras.
I asked why advertise them then? He replies his advert did not claim the extras were fitted.
I sent a screen shot of the eBay ad and the advert on their own website which claimed all of the above and other extras were fitted.
He then came back and said it was DVLA's fault for holding the incorrect details.
I reminded him he was responsible for his own advertisement and it was false advertising.
He then told me to F**K off !.
I then studied another advertisement on his website for a black 997. Again in the description it was full of errors. Infact 4 different style of wheel were said to be fitted.

Again he blamed the DVLA.
Am I stupid as he is insinuating or is he not responsible for the content of his advertisments even if as he says the DVLA hold incorrect details for a vehicle?
It looks like a case of overzealous copy and pasting or an IT error, but rather than dealing with it correctly the best he can do is tell me to do one.
Shame really I like that silver 997.
