Door latch removal

Trying to remove the door latch but I think the window slider to come out. Is there some other way?

My door handle lever was stuck in the open position, after removal and thorough clean and grease its great now. Might as well cleanup all the latch too.
 
decided not to get creative and leave the latch in place! you can still clean it by bending your arms wrist in interesting ways.
