Hello to you all!

I’ve had a new to me 911 for 3 months and I love it.

It’s a 2008 997.2 C2S PDK in Arctic Silver on black leather.
I’ve already done 2000 miles in it without any major trips.

I wanted an Auto as I have some nerve damage in my left foot after an op. Having said that I drive my wife’s manual without too much probs but that is on short drives. Everything I read says about manual being best which I can understand. Having said that the PDK is growing on me and you can always hold the gear you want in manual mode. I also didn’t really want Arctic Silver but a good spec car with half decent miles(64000) at a good price, compared to others came up. When clean and in the right light the arctic is quite striking and I’ve had many compliments on the colour by neighbours and family etc. I wanted Guards red or maybe midnight blue or GT silver but I’m now happy with the Arctic.

A list of the spec I can remember off hand

Fully electric sports seats with memory
Multifunction steering wheel with dodgy shifters
Heated steering wheel
Top tint windscreen
Sports chrono plus
Full sat nav
Bluetooth phone
iPod connector
Bose surround
Rear wiper
Cruise control.

Nice summary, thanks. Sometimes you have to forgo some of the nice-to-haves when the right car comes along. I was originally looking for a C4S tip but ended up with a C2S manual, worth it for peace of mind though.
