I really quite like watching Luke and Olly at FGP, you can't get much more transparent with the videos that do and seem very upfront with what they do to the cars, remember they're both very young and will make errors like all of us but I think they're pretty solid and honest (as much as a used car sales team can be)
Oh BTW who is John Hawkins??

John Hawkins is one of the Yorkshire triangle of dodgy dealers and used to run a 'business' called Specialist Cars of Malton.
It was quite a unique business model in that you would give him your car on a Sale or Return basis, he would then sell it and use the money (your money) to do his house up!
There are some entertaining videos of him on You Tube.
The 3 garages were: Gmund - Andrew Mearns currently awaiting his day in court. SCOM - Hawkins who's where about's are unknown and Yorkshire Classic Porsche and Jon who has also disappeared up his own tail pipe!

I believe this is now up for sale with FGP, there was a black 3.9 C4S on their social media for £38k this morning. It looks a nice example in the few photos they had uploaded.

It'll be interesting to see how much it goes for. Its down to £37K now. Did you sell it to FGP or is it SOR?

Its a shame I didn't come across this thread earlier, I'm local to you and would have come to see the car for myself!
