Small tear on drive belt - should I be concerned ?

Spotted a small tear in the drive belt earlier.

I'm unsure if the tear is new, other than the belt was supposidly checked by OPC in Sept/Oct as part of a 12yr major service.

OPC mentioned the tensioner had very slight dampness and to check the tensioner upon drive belt replacement (possible tensioner required).

I think I'm posting to ask if a new belt is required ?

Change the belt. Would be foolish not too. Not immediately, but I'd be getting that done over the next couple of weeks if it were mine.
