This was a 718 .. a pretty new car at 4 years old .. i removed the undertrays and rear arch liners as part of a major service .. i was replacing the plugs as part of this ..
Images speak for themselves but i removed 9 dustpans full of mud and dirt from this car !
The rear brace bars are a W shape .. as per the pictures they were full and they look flat ... this wasn't a 5 min job to remove this lot .
991 , 981 , 718 .. they are all the same design .. OPC don't remove the undertrays on any service .. Indys do .. at least i hope they do .. weight saving .. huge !!
Let alone the long term corrosion possibilities .. you have one of these cars then have all panels removed and cleaned out .. i've said it before and i'm saying it again .. its kinda important which is why .
If you have a gravel drive .. this is where your lost gravel ends up !

Sorry for the garage push but i didn't take enough pictures and these show more ... i obviously don't represent where i work ... its where i currently work is all .
I actually scrapped the mud off the coils so i could find the bolts as per the last image .
