LED Interior lights upgrade 997 Carrera GTS - 2012

Hello, I have purchased a set of LED`s to replace the existing ones.
No problem with installing boot and engine bay but when I removed the two footwell units I had a problem accessing the bulb from the housing.
Also to install the interior overhead I am slightly nervous how to go about removing the whole unit.
If you have done this could you please guide me how to succeed without causing any damage.
