My order arrived at the weekend. Looks like a quality bit of kit for the money.

Will pull my old one out when I get a chance and test it before installing the new one.

Presumably they are fairly easy to remove?

On my 94 car it takes literally 5 minutes but I believe on a VR car it's a bit more difficult :dont know:

Just got offered a "special deal" on a new ISV from Deign 911.

8% reduction bringing it down to £781!

What is wrong with the German one that makes it only worth £60?

Good job D911 dont offer price match. Or would they avoid it by claiming it's a pattern part?

Just a fiddle on the V.R car.
Suggest you take the negative off the battery during installation.
You can test the original on the car then bench test the new one to see if you have a difference.

Just a small but significant update on the new I. S. V. She will now hold a constant 2800 RPM for the fast idle CO test at M.O.T.
Before you could not as the revs fluctuated.
At a car meet once I asked drivers who had just arrived to do the test holding the static revs at 2500RPM, not one did out of say 10 cars.

i have also ordered a new ISV - i didnt even know these could be a "thing" but for that price worth swapping to get her to run as well as possible.
