I have a 1994 porsche 911 carrera and the bonnet won’t open . The catch down by the drivers side is loose but the cable is attached . i’ve got long nose pillers on the cable but the boomer still won’t open . i’ve taken the front driver wheel off and removed the wheel arch casing as i was told there might be an emergency wire there but i cannot find it if there is . any advice please as battery flat and need to open bonnet to gain access to put car on container

The emergency cable pull is located behind the passenger side front wheel Andy.

Hi, I'm attaching a picture of where the emergency bonnet wire is, hopefully this will help you find it in the wheel arch.
