What PCM do I have?

Hi there, I have recently become a Porscher owner by purchasing a 2016 Macan GTS. I trying to establish if I can simply upgrade the SW to allow Appe Carplay to work or do I need to go down the complicated route of taking the unit out adding new HW and cables etc.

Here are, I believe the relevant information for someone with the knowledge to help me out.

It is a touch screeen. All of the other Icons are there with a space for Carplay
