Potential 997 - small rust bubble on nearl wheel arch

Afternoon guys!

Very close to biting the bullet on a 997.2 non S.
Mechanically it's sound and I think a pretty good price for black on black with 81k for £31k (a loose family relative who'd rather give it to someone he knows).

However, there is some rust on the drivers side rear wheel arch and also a small rust bubble near by.

What are your thoughts on this? Obviously I'd like to get it sorted if I do go ahead but any idea on what the cost may be? Underneath it's very clean, but it looks like just this side has got it (possibly due to a paint job which it has had done on the right side). I should add it has been cleared on PPI front so definitely not been in an accident that we know of.

Also, it is going to be a daily for me and as I don't have a driveway it will be kept on a very quiet side road (no trees either). What's best course of action in terms of preventative measures. Waxoyl underneath and possibly ceramic coat?

Thanks in advance.

As indication I have had 2 prices for something similar on mine, all be it at an earlier stage- a barely detectable bubble on one side and some stone chipping on the other side that the previous owner didn't do anything with right on the rear edge lip.
To do both sides the quotes were 1k and 1200, both ex VAT. That is painting the 3 quarter panel and blending with the door / sill and bumper. Non visible area of the arches to be treated and painted with the harder wearing sill type paint with anti stone chip formulation 'they should have come to from the factory with'.
Quotes were from a Porsche specialist and an independent body shop.
Most annoying in my case as the PPI didn't flag either, plus because they are ever so slightly visible a DIY treatment with waxoyl etc is a no go in my eyes, it's worth doing properly.
Still, sounds like your proposed car is priced to allow for some level of improvement works
