Oh well....after a higher than expected quote for install, I might eat my words and try diy.

I have a 2004 turbo...so expect MOST and want to keep amp and as much oem wiring as possible.

I'm a complete noob! I know there are many links out there but none seem to be keeping this config or answer the below questions...in particular the canbus one.

I've been accumulating parts:

Camera
2.4ghz av transmitter/receiver to try before trying routing fixed line

Head unit - kenwood dabs8020 head unit
Fascia kit - Connects2 CT23PO02
Dab antenna
Fakra to din aerial adapter
Various wiring harnesses and adapters:
* XTRONS Optical Fiber Optic Decoder for Benz ML GL R Sound System AUX
* CT20PO02 - ISO Wiring Harness Adaptor Lead
* 10 Amp 3 WAYCAR Audio noise suppressor Heavy - Duty Noise Filter eliminator
* Autoleads PC2-95-4 Car Audio Harness Adaptor Lead

Couple of initial questions:

1) do i need both pc2-95-4 or CT20PO02
2) if i am keep amp and most...do i need both the pc2-95-4 or CT20PO02
3) do i need a can bus adapter still...and does anyone have a link/part number?

Thanks for any help.

Regards

Karl

I'll be watching this thread. Interesting 👍

Aren't the Porsche speaker a different ohm rating too, seem to remember reading that.
