insurance - ouch

LV, this worrying as my 997 is on a multi car policy and my previous 996 C4 was on their classic car policy.

I have a feeling LV are now just another Insurance company and the days of the CSMA loyalty are long gone.

I had to move our house Insurance from them as well.

Insurance

ended up with e sure. i about £450 in the end with an excess of £1400. quite a step up from 280/800 with the 991. but then it is insured for a lot more so i'm not really complaining.

but could of been a lot worse.
the 'specialist' companies were about £1500, and porsche was £2700

now its time to enjoy the spring weather.

JonTTT, take it you don't let random people or machines wash your cars though? :?:

My company car and SWMBO RR get the free monthly IMO car washes (courtesy of the comparison site kick back offer  ).......my toys are always hand washed by moi, I do need to check the use buy date on products though :bandit:

......in fact I just received a rather nice hand made Italian trigger gun for my jet wash :)

Reminds me of an WWII Italian rifle my chum picked up at auction. Described as "Natural patina befitting the period. Dropped many times, never fired in anger"

Did it have the standard muzzle attachement for a white flag :?:
