Help please - rear seat remova!?!

Hi, new to the site as bought the car yesterday, so first is to strip it down!

I have no idea how the rear seats remove, there doesn't seem to be screws or bolts I can access?

Can someone enlighten me and make me feel a little stupid, so I can crack on.

It's a 71, but has later seats in. I think I've sorted it, last people basically bodged it and welded a spot on to keep some screws in place....😬😤
