996 Turbo & 997 Turbo clutch same?

My head is pickled with part numbers :sad:

I'm having my clutch changed soon....and considering the upgraded sachs unit....just in case I fancy a boost upgrade in future

I understand a lot of parts are similar between 996 and 997 turbo

Can any gurus confirm if the clutch would be interchangeable?

Your a star...and news I hoped to hear....so complete 997 kit would work on a 996? Plate disc etc?

Yes virtually the same car - the 996 turbo and 997.1 turbo (2006 - 2009).

2010 onwards the 997.2 turbo is different and most of them PDK anyway :thumbs:

What I suspected but still learning...thank you...can get ordered up in the morning hopefully

If you ever fancy a boost upgrade have a look at Xona 3071 via 9e in UK or Marski in US if you're DIY.

700bhp daily driver on a stock engine. You wont bother with any other sports car marque afterwards. 850bhp on race fuel! Great cars real sleepers :thumbs:
