When I picked my car up from 9m a few years ago after a full respray I wanted to get the film applied to the front bumper. I called in at a recommended firm on the way back home to sort out a booking. From there back home (not the usual way back from Warrington) I hit a recently resurfaced road, you know the type, quick spray and gravel. Despite crawling along the paint suffered, you can imagine my feelings.
Wheel arches suffered worse. Decided I was getting a bit too precious and sod it never got the film done. Love this car but the best part is using it without concern for cosmetic blemishes. Unless some pillock swipes it in a multi-storey the film would not have helped that one.
