I wish them luck with the new line up

Agree with this, first few episodes are bound to be a little sketchy while they figure out their chemistry but I will reserve judgment until the end of the first season.

Quite enjoyed it, more than I though I would!

Big improvement, and I liked Matt LeBlanc. Rory was a ship lost at sea for me, like they were trying to tick a box in the last lot of series.
Given they're all English, I think this will help with bonding as a unit. As watchable as Clarkson & Co

Yep, gotta agree that was very watchable, probably more of an entertainment show rather than a car show but I can probably live with that.

Some of the language was a little colourful at times (we watch this as a family but hey, they probably hear more in the playground  )

I thought it was good fun nice mix, really enjoyed it, light hearted TV with a quite a bit of motoring in, will be watching the others noew.

Yes, pleasantly surprised!! I like Paddy but in small doses and wondered if he and Freddie would be vying for the limelight too much and it would be a battle of character / personality. However, all three appear to have great chemistry and not the forced banter of MLB, Rory, Eddie Jordan etc. A great mix of road trip nonsense and a great piece on the 488 Pista vs McL 600LT. Thumbs up from me! :thumb:

Really good :thumb: Nothing false like all the other TG since Jezza and co :thumb:

 Did you watch the Iraqi dubbed version :dont know:

It's a comedy programme now. That said the dialogue was stilted, didn't flow and the audience appeared they didn't have a clue what was going on. Perhaps they were all out on day release :dont know:

FF struggled with the script (if there was one  ) and I was surprised Paddy found it difficult despite his other shows. All had an earpiece where I dare say the director's April was twitching like a bunny rabbit's nose as he tried to keep them on track :nooo:

Did Jonttt donate the sweater

The Mark II Escort for £2.5K was the star of the show!

I sold mine for £30 back in 1992.

Haven't watch this programme for years since it became less about motoring & more of a vehicle for the ego's of its 3 presenters. The revamp with the "Ginger to55er" & his crew was clearly just a rehash of Clarkson et al & no doubt this will be the same.

At least they have left Chris to do the car comparison parts on his own :thumb: that pista is something else

The Ferrari was incredible but for the price you could have the McLaren and buy a S/H Turbo for running about in!
Mind you the McLaren will depreciate like a stone and probably spend most of it's time back at the dealers getting the electrical gremlins sorted, so yep the Ferrari it is
