Super Unleaded....!???

But going to make an effort to use Tesco's super dooper unleaded for a while.

Guys - I previously stopped using Sainsburys super u/l and switched to BP Ultimate. However, when filling up today I realised it is only 97 RON and not the prescribed 98 RON. Should I switch to Shell and always ensure a 98 RON fuel is used; or is BP ok?

P.s. No Tesco near by.

It won't hurt your car, you just won't get all of the performance the car is capable of delivering. Switch to 98 for the full fat experience :thumb:

BP is perfectly fine to use, it's what mine gets most of the time. Doesn't feel any different to Tesco (30% of the time) or Shell (10%). 'Tis good stuff.

The Sainsbury's stuff is BP Ultimate i think. Waitrose used to be the same until they got in bed with shell a few months ago.
