I washed the car at the weekend and somehow managed to detach the rear wiper blade from the arm, typically thought 'I sort that when I'm finished", cue 30 minutes later and it's flying off at 60 mph, I bought a replacement today and can't figure how this fits on , I've taken a pic of the arm as it is, question would be am I missing sometelae from the arm as I just can't fathom how it attaches?

Do you still have the blade or is it gone?

I had the exact same issue when washing the car a few weeks ago. I caught it with the wash mitt and the end came off. I tried to it on and it fell right off again, however when I pushed it into the joint a bit harder it clicked back in and has been fine since then.

If you still have it just try pushing it back in a bit harder.

Here's how mine looks. It doesn't just slide in from the top. I seem to think I had to make sure that it clips in under the bottom part of wiper arm fitting. Here are some pics of mine as it is currently.

Yeah

Looks like I'm missing the end piece, could I be cheeky and ask for a pic with the wiper blade disconnected? It'll help me see exactly what I need.

Cheers

Jason

No problem. Here you go.

I think it is all one long moulded piece from memory but I didn't hang around in the rain earlier. Let me know if you need me to take another look.

I'm missing the very end plastic piece which slots into the metal arm, I've looked on design 911 but can't find the part, anyone know what it's called or maybe have a part number?

Hard to tell from your picture, but that wiper blade looks wrong, doesn't even look like a blade wiper?

Do you have the 2 springy bits as per the picture from spinnaker?

I understand that it looks like it's incorrect but it is the right one, it should just push into the arm and you here a click and that's it, however as it's missing the plastic end bit that isn't happening

I'll have a look later to see if it is a separate part or not.

OP, I am pretty sure it is all one single moulded piece of plastic based on looking at mine again earlier today. See pic below.
