So - has been a busy few weeks, have since fitted the re-webbed in red seat-belts and re-trimmed steering-wheel, new engine mounts, clutch pedal helper spring (PITA to do but made a huge difference) and general fettling.
It was off all last week for a 7-day detailing session and the headlights were given another final polish and PPF applied. Fitted some Crest center-caps to break up all the silver bodywork, silver wheels & old silver caps.
Next job is to fit the Porsche SSK which I have waiting in the garage and then I think a double-din head-unit and possibly new speakers.
Being completely OCD the steering-wheel is going to be re-done again but in a darker grey thread to match the grey stitching in the rest of the car (i just messed-up choosing the wrong color initially) and also having the gaiter from the original Tech-Equipment gear-knob re-made in black alcantara and with the now matching darker grey stitching.
Its then at the local specialist at the end of the month having new springs, dampers & top-mounts etc. fitted.
Spend to date (Inc. the suspension parts which I've paid for but obviously not yet the labor to fit them) £13,200!!!!!!!
Photos now attached, they're from before the detail and also the center-caps though.
