Exhaust mount question

I've finally removed my dansk exhaust, resorting to a hacksaw blade to cut through the sleeved bolts.
Before I fit the new exhausts(topgear mild) I notice that the exhaust mounts aren't straight. My concern is that this will throw out the positioning of the tips once I fit the bumper.
They both kink to the right, file size is too big to add right now, but will add pictures later.
On the left one of the bolts has rusted through so I was going to replace it with a stainless nut and bolts.

My question is - should the mounts be straight, I have a feeling they should be so thinking about getting replacements.
