Hi, my 911 needs a new coil pack, what is a fair price for this to be replaced by the specialist? I’ve been quoted 184. Also is it worth changing all three on that bank, I suspect they are all original, ie from 2009.

Change all 6. £184 to change a coil pack is a p**** take.

Agreed! I got a full set of 6 Beru coil packs from Autodoc earlier this year for £160ish and I took about an hour for my indie to change them all. It is a bit of a fiddly job with the heatshields and the new bigger coil packs so I left it to my indie to scrape the skin off his knuckles doing it!

I paid £600 for all 6, but this was at an OPC in an emergency situation (mid road trip). So that would be your "ceiling" I'd say.

Btw, make sure you are getting the revised design version. Almost 100% all sold now are revised design, as are you originals probably if they're 14 years old.
