How many miles / years since the last plug change?

Tandem pump is in remarkably good condition .. spray it and the pipe with wax oil , acf 50 etc .

The bolts in the sleeve .. they are called coach bolts .. one end has a rounded top with a square on it that locks into the sleeve ..

Ebay or just google it , any bolt will do but it's difficult to get access both sides if not using coach bolts . .

If you want the sleeve then the part number is on it .. google it .

I normally cut the entire clamp .. these days we quote for these sleeves in the cost of the job .

If all the plugs are like that then you have no running issues .... excellent !

I fitted a set of 4 coach bolts and flanged nuts in stainless steel to these sleeves a couple of years ago. They still look pretty much new.
The round head is slightly larger than the Porsche originals and required a flat to be filed or angle ground (3mm in) to allow proper fitting to the sleeve. Parallel to one of the locating flats on the bolt.

Bolt size is M8 X 25. Pack size 10.

Thanks thats great advice guys, ordered some new bolts so just have to wait until they arrive so i can finish off the job.

For those who asked when the last change was done it was back in 2018 at 73k so it's only done 7k on those plugs but it had reached the recommended 4 year changing point.
