17mm poly bushes for worn rear arb?

Can anyone point me towards 17mm polybushes for my worn rear anti roll bar?
I made the mistake of buying bushes for the m030 bar but 22 years has taken its toll. I have cleaned the bar up and painted it and I also previously modified it to make it adjustable.
Now that I have the bar rubbed back and painted, my sizes are 17-18mm.
If I can't buy such a thing I may have to just get creative and make some but it'd be a lot easier to buy if I can. As usual, all help welcome

Usual trick is to wrap insulation tape round the ARB until you reach the desired diameter.

It's a bit crude. Very possibly could work ok but I'd say longevity might be an issue. I had thought of it but thought it was a bit of a cheap skate thing to be at. I have the bigger bushes sitting there so it might be a goer

Bigger you go the better as the rubber just compresses more.
