Yes, the part number for the upper one with the rusty lip is 997 106 623 03.

(That hose is connected to an aluminium cross tube, part number 997 106 711 01, which might also need renewing if the rust is as bad as it looks in your photo.)

The lower one is 997 106 728 03.

If in doubt, best to take the photo to OPC.
