Just driven home and hit a dead deer on the M11.

it was an unlit section, fine drizzle at 1am. The deer was alfeady dead but laying half way across the inside and middle lane. I hit it at 70 luckily it only caught the offside front quarter. Difficult to see the full extent of the damage but seems to limited to the front bumper / nose.

Going to take it Northway to check that nothing mechanical is damaged. In the meantimeI would appreciate any recommendations for body repairs in the Bracknell area.

Cheers

Jon

Sorry to hear, at least you're ok, if lighter in wallet.
No bodyshop experiences, but sure Ray will have some recommendations.

Ray recommended Tyrone at Riviera Autobody to me.

Does a lot of high end stuff and He did a brilliant job when I needed some work done on my last car, and at a good price too. Not cheap but not unrealistic either. Think a few others on here have had work done by him too.

He's a 10 minute drive from Northway.

JC autobody

Hi,

A good friend of mine runs JC Autobody based out in Fleet, Hampshire.

He's very good value and has worked on mine and many other 911's over the years.
Work is top quality, and will no doubt be cheaper than most other body shops out there.

I'm fairly local to you so if you wanted to see the quality of his work you'd be welcome to take a look at my car.

If interested drop me a PM and I'll pass on his details.

Guy's,

Many thanks for your recommendations. I am going to get it repaired at Riviera Autobody.

It looks like it will need a new PU and radiators on the OSF.

I guess I got off quite lightly - the damage could have been a lot worse.

Jon.

I used Riviera last year (reccomended by Ray) and was very pleased with the result. In fact, I'm considering using him again for a bumper respray.
