Hard top rattle - any fix suggestions?

I have a 996 C4 Cabriolet 2002 and will be refitting the hardtop this winter shortly.

The hardtop rattles which I understand is a common issue but it really is annoying. The rattle seems to be from the location points at the top of the windscreen as if I push up slightly on the front of the hardtop the rattle seems to stop.

Any recommendations for fixes? Should I pack out the location point perhaps when refitting the top this time?
 
Has one of the locating lugs lost its plastic jacket? (or is that just the 986?)
