Just got my Insurance docs through from Classicline and clearly Brita aren't offering cover anymore, now moving to Equity Red Star.

I'm assuming all 993 owners have found this, anyone know of any differences/issues with ERS?

Same old yearly question, who else should I contact; Manning, Hagerty, RH Specialists - need agreed value?

Cheers

MODS; please don't move, this is specific to 993 owners, many of whom I know are insured with Classicline :thumb:

Cheers Tony, hope you're well.

TD? sure it's obvious.....

I'm one of the ClassicLine many, and not aware of the changes, so thanks for the heads up!

I was a big Classicline fan, but their move the ers meant I could get the same ers cover from Bridle for less.

Shame as like I said I really liked the service at Classicline.

No complaints with Bridle though, they've been very accommodating of my requests.

I recently renewed with ClassicLine, now underwritten by ERS - I can't recall any significant differences in cover (goes off to check policy...)

As bad as this sounds Dom your off gave me confidence that not only would they pay out but at the agreed value too. You tend to only know how good Insurance is when you need to claim :frustrated:

Yep as a broker Classicline are great. I just couldn't justify buying the same policy from them for more than Bridle.

Agreed Value is the key should the worst happen.

The Bridle one is ERS too? Do you mind me asking how much cheaper they were? Incredibly for the first time I think in 20 years of driving the premiums gone DOWN!

Identical policy from ers just via a different broker.

Always different for every case, but get yourself a quote from Bridle before you commit :thumb:

Definitely will do, cheers :thumb:
