It came from ebay, 930 thinks it's a 993 or is that a 964?

Blimey, that's a right old mix of cars. Doesn't know what it wants to be, as it got a mix of all three. No description of how it got to look like that, and how do they know it's always been garaged? Have they spoken to every owner?

How could you go about valuing such a toy? Christmas is coming up.

What happened there ?.

Wow, that's a mongrel. I don't like.

Something about UK ebay horror cars always puzzles me...

Was the same with Lotus forums, you would get a butchered Esprit with bits from various years, nasty wheels, interior, the works.

Just like this 911.

But...

The threads are the first time it has been seen. I mean how weird is that? These nutty Ebay cars are not spotted on the road, at any meets, at any car shows - ever!

Do they finish them and think 'what have i done?', then whack it on the 'bay rather than drive it?

:what:

:what:

Well... Would you turn up to one of our meets with that? I mean, I feel bad when my wheel caps don't line up correctly and there's no rubber bump stop between the wipers.... :D :D

Ok, now I'm even more surprised. I finally clicked on the link. It's already been bid up to £17k. There isn't even mention of the random patchwork body kit, let alone how, whey or when it was done. For all one knows it could have been crashed multiple times and each time they just replaced the panels with the first 911 piece they found.... :nooo:

Bizarre looking car

Incredible bidding is at over 17k

"One piece at a time" la la la

What amazes me is that there are people around with seventeen grand wasting it on rubbish like that. I thought people were careful with money these days.

29 bids.

Whoever did this to a 930 Turbo should die and slow and painful death in my opinion!

:cop:

Rest assured I have the "Santa's Bat" out ready for the perpetrator of this crime!
