Spent £15 and restored my hardbacks.

I used the scuff master product, it was a great match. Cleaned the seats first, then ran a damp thinners cloth over the original finish to clean and degrease.

Masked off the various seat bits then I used my little hobby spray gun to paint the whole seat (both of them).

Fantastic results and this was a month or so ago and still look great, with none of the new paint coming off at all.

I used this product on my shed of a BMW and it was fantastic. It's on the list on winter jobs for me to do to the 993. I brushed mine on which is a bit easier than spraying but still got good results and my seats were in terrible nick as you can see. And they still look just as good a year later.

Looks a really great job.
I too used the scuffmaster kit and found it to be very good. I think the key factor is to follow the instructions to the letter and take a bit of care. But also, DON'T leave it until the leather is too far gone before you attempt to re-dye.
Steve.
