:)

Made a 300mile trek around the country today and bagged a set of these. Stopped by Steve (Simply Tyres) on the return journey to fit them with my previous set of PS2s (and on a Sunday too - top chap).

Wheels came boxed in the original Cargraphic boxes with docs and are in absolutely MINT condition. The quality of the materials and construction is really superb. I can honestly say that I'm glad the outer rim is stainless steel as an ally one would be hugely exposed to all kinds of abuse. The inside rim also has an additional band that strengthens the wheel - an important factor when the wheel is as wide as it is at the rear (11").

Well done Ade, will they be your track wheels or general all year rounders..?

Bling, bling!

Do they have a different offset to your standard wheels?

10.5kg (8.5x18)
11.5kg (11x18)

Lighter by about 2kg per corner compared to the Mk2 GT3 wheels!

I just picked fitted new R888s to my Mk2 wheels last week, but I'll probably eventually use these as my track wheels once the PS2s are ready for replacement.

Stu,
you've already got extra sets of Mk2 wheels!

They are identical in size and offsets to the Mk2/RS wheels so they'll fit perfectly. They were incorrectly advertised as Mk1 wheels as they are Mk2 sizes. :)

They look very deceptive with the deep dish.

I'm thinking of perhaps painting the centres black... what do you think?
