General running, my temperature gauge sits at just over 80degs with needle between '8' & '0' (i.e smack at 12 O'Clock) . In staionary traffic in jams etc it climbs slightly with needle mid way through the '0'.. All fluid levels OK, is it normal ?? any ideas? ..

I would think this is pretty normal. In stationary or slow traffic the engine will get a little warmer and as long as it doesn't go into the red, or increase significantly during normal driving conditions, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine is very similar. If I am sat in traffic for a long time I manually raise the spoiler, not sure how much it helps but it looks really 8)
