I take it like me, you find it difficult to get the seatbelt attached beside the booster ?

If this is the one, you have saved me a lot of frustration !!

Regards

Mike

I have these as well. They are perfect for my kids.

I think I got them slightly cheaper than that at John Lewis, by about a quid :)

Do they fit in the back of the SC?

Not sure, didn't have the SC when I bought them. Don't think I found anything to fit that ***** properly.

Warren, its such an easy fit in the 996, I would guess it would fit in the 993. For under 10 quid I'd take the chance.

I bought a Polystyrene one from Argos which was then very easy to shape to fit using the breadknife!! The stretchy cover goes back over the top and no one knows any different.

The shavings go everywhere though so best to do it on the neighbours drive.

Mike,

It's a doddle with this seat - honestly. It's almost as if it was made for the 996!

If in doubt about the SC or the 993 take your car round to Toys-R-Us and ask a member of staff if they can come outside with you to see if it fits - they were pleased to do that for me.

To be fair, Mothercare were very helpful too, but didn't stock this seat.

Bug*er me, I've just posted the word 'Mothercare' on a Porsche forum - how rock n' roll is that!?

dont forget the air bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you'll need an air bag isolator bar from porsche to isolate the air bags with a child seat

Would this also apply to an older child in the front passenger seat on a simple booster? I assumed not.

Doc

Got my new "Graco Hi-life", from Toys-r-us last night, it's not the plushest of car seats, but I see what you mean, it is made for the 996. Brilliant !!

Thankyou !

Any ideas for rear seats on a 997 the graco thing is way too wide to fit in the little bucket bits and this is soon going to be a legal requirement
