Hi, can anyone help me with a damaged car??, I have brought a 1998 996 c2 cab from and Insurance company, its been damaged at the rear, both wheels are damaged and the rear aluminium subframe is broken in 3 places, I need a new subframe and lower links + 2 18 wheels.

Does anyone have any info on changing the subframe how hard is it?? can it be done without any special kit??

Any help would be usefull

Adrian

You bought it without knowing how to do it? You're brave! Would it be better to leave it to someone who knows what they're doing? Sounds like it's more than a quick fix! Good luck anyway, welcome BTW.

Surely you will need a jig to ensure everything is properly lined up?
