Only in America......when I lived there I had to increase my house Insurance (yes on the house) bcos I owned it up to $1m for personal injury to someone else in case I crashed otherwise they would have sued me for (& most likely won) the house :(

So typical, drive fast get hurt, blame anyone but you, what about the drivers anticipation? Did he not surmise someone could enter the track from the pitlane without adequate warning? sometimes life just sucks, condolences to the family of course, but please its a track, its dangerous you can get killed, now where do I sign :)
