Hi,

FINALLY swapped my much loved 993 C4 Cab for a 996 C4 Cab yesteday. Absolutley love the difference in looks and especially in interior, chuffed to bits at the moment. Performace wise, there doesnt seem to be much in it, the 996 gets their far smoother though.

Anyway, now i have it i am keen to start looking at the possibilites of playing with it. Does any one know any ways to increase BHP, without spending a fortune? There are lots of silly things advertised on Ebay etc but do any of them work, or what about getting it chipped, does that work.

Thoughts please.

Cheers

Dan.

avoid any so called "chip" that has "DIY and fitted in minutes" blurb on it..........best to get a bespoke re-map thats suited to the car and use a well respected specialist in the ECU reprogramming field.............

a) a proper ECU remap
