Morning all

Can anyone give me accurate dimension details on a 95/95 993 c2/c4. I'm going to take the plunge in the next couple of months (when I can find the right car) and want to make sure I can get the new baby in the garage.

I would especially like to check the overall width including and excluding mirrors.

Thanks for the reply and link, very useful. But as you say they do not say if thats with or without mirrors.

Just went out to measured it with tape measure (so accuracy down to +/- 5mm)

mirror to mirror = 190cm

rear wheels edge to edge = 1.7m

length = 4.2m with no front no. plate mount

Don't forget you can turn the mirrors inwards which makes quite a difference. Be careful with the passenger side though, it does not fold in quite as far as the drivers because they are positioned differently on each side.

Remember you've got to be able to open the car door to get out!

What BMW do you have? I have a 330Ci and the 993 looks littler than that...

I have a 320i which goes in fine and thats 1932mm including the mirrors.

When I get the 993 the company BM can stay in front of the garage.

On the 'S' models are the rear wheel arches wider than the mirrors? (Useful information in connection with my next purchase maybe... Kylie fits fine, but would J-Lo?)

I've got a J-lo version and the mirrors are still wider than rear arches.
