Hi everyone, as in the subject – I recently bought my first Porsche, 2018 Macan Turbo Perf Pack, and need to change brake pads now as they were 4.5mm when I bought the car and I have a track day coming.

In London, is it ok in your view to just do it at any local workshop with reasonable google reviews? I'm thinking German Motor Mechanics. I guess annual servicing needs to be done by authorised/Porsche-approved workshop, but just to change brake pads?

If you're East London way take it to Nirro - 0208 507 3936. They do the basics very well and don't charge the earth. The owner has different Porsche's so the mechanics are usually on one his :)
