Rear wiper going mental .. not switching off or working when it shouldn't...
The rear washer actually goes through the wiper motor and a seal fails inside allowing washer fluid into the motor .. it shorts out the motor electrics and causes all sorts of issues .
Either replace or disconnect the wiring plug .
Rear panel removal to get at it ..
X2 screws n/s/r , center lock cover unclips , X2 screws under the warning triangle , they hold the straps in place .. last one pull out the boot lid switch .. there's one under there .
Panel is then held in place by spring clips .. pull it off .
