997 GT3/RS Rear bumper

RS bumper is wider, 44mm from memory

Yep, the RS is a wide body'd Shell, standard GT3 narrow body.

Just to update this, I got the RS rear bumper (RS part number) and
it fits fine.

The pics show it test fitted without removing all the heat shields or
the plastic bracket that hits off the back of the bumper vents.

A bit of trimming and it should be 100%

It looks like it's sitting a little proud in this pic, has the unit been buttoned up as if it were final fit, or is it hung in situ?

Its just thrown at it. The big plastic bracket that
Holds the heat shields are hitting off the bumper vents
As they fold in so thats why it bulges a bit there.
