Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience with these guys? The C2S has a decent list of items to look into from my friends at OPC Cardiff.

I'm trying to decide who would be a good trusted Indy to attend to / look at them all.

All input welcome and appreciated.

Thanks

Simon

Good dialogue with Angus so far, car is going in September when he's invited me down to look over the car together and discuss a plan for the items on my list. Will report back :thumb:

No frills but if nr you I really would advise you also picking the phone up to Ken at 9e or Sid at Porsche Torque. Both very reasonable and well known in the Porsche community. Other good ones are JZM and Jaz but i find both of these no less in material way than an OPC who are quite frankly on drugs when it comes to 997 hourly fixed rates. They do know their stiuff though to be fair.

Thank you sir, Porsche Thank Torque are 30 miles away and 9e 70 miles. I will give Sid and Ken a call respectively.

used them several times with both my 996 C4S and Cayman track car. Honest guys know their stuff but without the glitz. Thoroughly recommend straight honest, no issues and fairly priced :)

im assuming your in the North Herts area ( :bye: ) but Porschashop (?) in Stevenage keeps coming up abit more frequently (in a good way) and other Pork owners i talk to.

Ive never used them but might do for the next MOT and intermediate service

Im in Hatfield Herts, AMS are Kimpton 5 miles away and Porschacare (Matt) is Stevenage which is a bit further. Have used Porshacare as well, both Matt and Gus of AMS are great guys both have learnt their trade through other more established specialists and both have setup little businesses offering great hands on service and proper knowledge without main dealer (and some specialists!) expensive prices for expensive showrooms.
Both will actually give you the time of the day, and both quietly get on with it. If you turn up either of their workshops I guarantee 20+ Porsches in the yard. Gus also races in the Porsche Club championship and has built several of the engines for the main dealers in the retro series!
I use AMS now for location and convenience but give either a try
