Horrible rubber interior removal

Anybody know of a good product to get rid of the damned rubber finish on the centre console?

Tried standard paint remover and now have a sticky hell all over it....

Or do I just apply another 10 times?

I'd give cellulose thinners a try, paint stripper might burn through the plastic if it gets through the rubberised coating!

Magic sponge is good at removing glue residue. And paint from painted plastics.

Available from pound-shop type places/amazon.or remove the console and have it wrapped.

+1 for cellulose thinners. Wipe on, wait and the rubber stuff just rubs off.
