911uk.com has been around for over 15 years and has over 40k registered members. In that time there's only been one mention of 'Elmstone Classics' and that was from someone asking about them last year.

I've lived in Kent most of my life, bought my first Porsche in 1987 and have had 911s for 9 years and I've never heard of them.
None of the above means that they aren't the long term Porsche specialists that they claim on their website. The car you mentioned seems like a good one and is well priced.
If you view it I'd be keen to hear what you made of them.
