Hi,

Do the following wheels fit with 997.2 PCCBs?

I've seen them in Porsche literature with PCCBs but not on a car.

Cheers.

I believe 997.2 PCCB are 380mm upfront, you can get some 18" wheels that work.

Unfortunately I have no idea if these specific wheels would work, but would be interested in what you find out, keep us updated with any info you find.

I think you would struggle with those oem wheels

In order to clear 18s on 380 discs you would need a motorsport wheel like BBS which has more clearance

Get the measurements of the inner wheel as well as the pcd of the wheels and mounting points of the callipers

Found the answer on Amazon of all places..

For vehicles with Tyre Pressure Monitoring (433 MHz).
Porsche 997 (911) Carrera 4 / Carrera 4S 2005-09
Porsche 997 (911) Turbo 2007-09
Porsche 997 (911) Carrera 4 / Carrera 4S 2009-12
Porsche 997 (911) Targa 4 / Targa 4S 2009-12 Porsche 997 (911) Turbo / Turbo S 2009-12 Note: For 911 Turbo and Turbo S models, not in conjunction with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB). Please Note: Centre Caps NOT included. All Tyres are Porsche approved N Rated

Does that mean the Turbo uses the same size disc as the PCCB on a Carrera?

997.2 Carrera & Carrera S PCCBs are...

Front - 350 x 34mm
Rear - 350 x 28mm

Karl.

So that suggests the wheels will fit C2&S PCCBs but not the Turbo models with larger PCCBs..

I've been looking through my copies of the following, and can't find anything that says they won't fit. But absence of evidence and all that...

Page 147 of my hardback brochure shows those wheels and PCCB.

carrera would use 350mm PCCBs and those would fit under those wheels

380mm PCCBs like on the GT3, 3 and turbo would not I would say.
