Picked up a cracked windscreen on the 991 during a recent NC500 road trip, so contacted the guys I bought the car from for a recommendation as I wanted it done properly with OE glass (Saint Gobain) supplied by an OPC. They suggested I contact Carl at Old School Windscreens, near Chertsey, Surrey.
Got the all clear from my insurers Classicline (excess is £125 rather than £75 when not using the underwriter's default glass replacement option) and booked the car in to be done at Old School's base while I waited rather than have them come to me.
Very good people to deal with, sat in their office using their WiFi while it was being done and had a nice lunch in the adjoining Old School Cafe while the glue was bonding. Couldn't fault the job or the service from ClassicLine.
