2012 Cayenne door lock problems

Guys I've noticed on the wife's car the both rear door won't open from the outside when unlocked but will open from the inside handle. Once they are opened from the inside, when you shut it and try open it again from the outside it works. Both lock fine with the key but won't unlock.

Do I require door lock mechs or is it a spring failure?
 
Iv managed to get part numbers of my 92a Cayenne rear door lock mechs as they only open from the inside when cars unlocked but sellers say they don't fitt.

Can any of you guys confirm if touareg or q7 rear door lock mechs fit a 2012.cayenne 92a
