Had a bit of a thrash in the car yesterday, got about 1/4 mile from home and the clutch pedal went to the floor and didn't return! had to put my foot under the pedal to get it to pop back up. Did this for the remainder of the drive home. Got in it this morning and all is well again ???????? It's a 2006 2s.

Get the clutch fluid replaced .. its old and has boiled , thereby creating air in the system .

yes i know its from the brake reservoir but the fluid in the slave cylinder is still old and i very much doubt it has been changed in years .
