No idea but it looks good! Do you know what material it is made with?

What sort of price are they asking? I know their stuff can be a bit on the steep side.

As I said on the thread Pzero posted , quality seemed very good when I looked at them at Dinslaken , and given that it seems the 3 options for a decent ducktail seem to be
1/ buy OE classic ducktail but have to sell the house and kids for that
2/ buy the RPM carbon one £1800 lovely but expensive
3/ buy the moshammer ducktail for euro850

to consider the RPM carbon one is the whole engine bay lid with the ducktail built in the moshammer one is a replacement for the pop up section only and is composite material so probably a duraflex type material.

sadly i have front and rear bumper to paint as well as lower centre console, a service, MOT (feb 2019) and I think some new coffin arms to sort out as would be all over that.

they do on this picture, but they do appear to be a similar size to the stock GT3's ?

I guess thats due to having to build it into the pop up section of the boot lid, but IMO unless your planning to make a sport classic replica whats wrong with it its still a nice ducktail and a little different Thumb

Sounds like it might be fibreglass to me! Composite is just a catch all description for anything made from more that one material, not that there is anything wrong with fibreglass if it is made properly!

Looks neat on the white Gen 2 until you blow the pic up a little, then it looks a bit stick on! Would be better if it blended in flush at the front, but hard to tell from just one picture.

https://tc-concepts.de/eng_2282/Exteior-Trunk-Lid-Spoiler-%27Duckatil%27

From their website description its not clear if it replaces the whole pop-up assembly, but would imagine it does!

I've installed the Flying Ducktail and my experience with installation, photos and my impression can be found here...

http://www.911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=126053&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=systech1&start=20

In summary, a good alternative to the Moshammer one in my view. Carbon fibre.. so light and fits well after a bit of the normal fettling of mounting holes Rolling Eyes

Not overly keen on the Spoiler insert type ducktails and when you consider the price for the part I find that the RPM one is a pretty decent value and full CF.

Interestingly and not considered by me previously but the moshammer and flying ducktail do still allow a 4S to have the red band across the back as they are only replacing the pop up sections . I know this was asked ages ago on another ducktail thread.

I take it the discount price is direct from Moshammer Berlin as it still shows €1300 inc postage on TC-Concepts ?

Has anyone fitted one of the sport classic ducktails supplied by Design 911? As i am also looking to make my 2S have a more Retro / distinctive look and had been looking at options. I like the look of the sport classic look but no idea on quality of these parts? https://www.design911.co.uk/mobile/#part;id=21258
